Ejectors projectile

Ejectors Projectile, used with additional staves (not supplied) to force a shell out of the breech after it has been rammed, at which point the driving band has engaged with the lead and is thus fixed inside the breech. The Ejector is slid down from the muzzle end, fitted over the fuze (which has not yet armed as the shell has not been fired) and then driven out of the breech into the waiting arms of an ammuntion number.
