1944 Mauser K98 sniper rifle (N23 DA0116) PRICE REDUCED FROM £850

Mauser K98 manufactured by Mauser (byf Code) in 1944, has screw holes for twin mounting standard lower turret sniper scope and cut out in woodwork for side scope (not fitted). Laminate stock with flat buttplate.

Matching receiver and bolt numbers (except safety catch lever) (25084/5084), no barrel number. 

Very good condition overall, has most finish to metal (not butt plate), wood has some marks and bruising from use. No serious dinks or dents. Muzzle has been heavily overbored (reason unknown, suggestions welcome, but we suspect muzzle wear from heavy use has caused an armourer to overbore and recrown as an austerity measure!).

Working action, Deactivated to EU 2018 Specification in our own workshops. Comes with Proof House certificate.
