WW2 Czech CZ27 (Pistole Mod 27(t) ) (AD01 0163)

The original CZ27 was developed from the CZ 1924. It was superbly manufactured and chambered for 7.65mm. After Germany occupied Czechoslovakia in 1939 the arms factories remained in production making weapons for the Third Reich.

The CZ27 was renamed the Pistole Modell 27(t) and the top of the slide marked 'Bohmische Waffenfabrik A.G. im Prag' as this example is. About 450,000 of these pistols were produced between 1939 and 1945 with quality significantly reducing as the war continued.

The right of the frame is Waffenampt marked WaA76 and the serial numbers on the slide and frame (48474) match.

The action is still smooth to slide 2018 spec so does not cock/click. Condition is fair for age, retains most finish but there is some pitting to the top right of the slide (about 1"x.5") and there are some other marks and pits in various places, see photo's.

Comes with 2018 deactivation certificate, photo shows actual item that will be sent.
